With their friendly site you are able to do custom searches based off of how much time you have and what topics interest you. With everything from inspirational stories to business lectures TED has grown into a phenomenal free resource for anything you can think of.

Social psychologist Amy Cuddy discusses how non verbal expressions not only convey a message to your audience but also shapes the type of person you are. She shows the differences between dominant non verbal behavior and submissive non verbal expressions in various environments. This is a great and entertaining video to check out on a lunch break or when you get home.
